RE-ID
Devised by the ensemble After a ‘sold-out’ premiere at the
Tron Theatre in Glasgow in June 2007, Gappad took RE-ID to Edinburgh
Fringe Festival, and then to Govan International Festival, performing
company’s first play 13 times within 5 months at 3 venues in front
of both Polish and Scottish audiences. RE-ID is a dual language (English and Polish)
exploration of the effects of emigration on identity, using bold physicality
and live music. RE-ID Reviews: 'Re-Identyfikacja' - has an immediacy
it's difficult not to engage with (…) touching performance but
not without its humour. the dialogue, with
